Collection: Herbal Extracts

These 12 unique herbal extracts restore all doshas. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are present in every cell, tissue, and organ to varying degrees. Your distinct Prakruti, or individual constitution, is determined through pulse diagnosis, observation, and personal health history. These steps are crucial for understanding your inherent qualities, tendencies, and needs.

There are seven constitutional types: Vata, Vata/Pitta, Vata/Kapha, Pitta, Pitta/Kapha, Kapha, and Vata-Pitta-Kapha (Tridosha).

The Doshas: Vata consists of ether and air elements and is responsible for movement in the body and mind. A balanced Vata results in flexibility and mental equilibrium, while an imbalanced Vata can lead to fear, anxiety, and nervousness.
Pitta comprises fire and water elements, associated with digestion, metabolism, and body temperature. A balanced Pitta promotes intelligence and leadership, whereas imbalance may manifest as anger, hatred, and jealousy.
Kapha, made of earth and water elements, is linked to the formation of body tissues and stored substances. It provides lubrication, moisture, and immunity. Balanced Kapha embodies love and forgiveness, while imbalance can cause attachment, greed, and congestion.
Tridosha represents a balance of all three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
